Hello! I have this issue on my iphone 12 pro max that says my SMART sim is invalid. This happened actually after I inserted DITO esim. I didn’t know that this iphone is still locked by SMART. I assumed that the carrier lock feature is the reason of the invalidity of my SIM (including SMART). What I did was to remove immediately the DITO esim hoping the issue will be fixed. Still, my SIM is still invalid. I already update my iphone to latest software and reset the network settings. Nothing resolved the issue well.
I plan to go to nearby SMART store to attempt to unlock my carrier (the plan installment of this iphone is already done a year ago). Is there anyone also experienced this issue? R
