Inquirer warns vs ‘Notice to the Public’ extort scam 

The Inquirer Group of Companies urges the public to remain vigilant against a fraudulent scheme involving unauthorized individuals posing as representatives of the Inquirer. The scam involves sending emails or messages informing targets that they will be the subject of a “Notice to the Public” advertisement saying they have pending cases over some legal violations,
