The BGC store introduces exciting exclusives, especially the melt-in-your-mouth A5 Wagyu from Shiga Prefecture in Japan, a premium offering prized for its exquisite marbling and flavor.
Aside from the indulgent A5 Wagyu, other BGC exclusives are the Sapporo draft beer, a range of Japanese gelato flavors, and refreshing house-brewed iced teas.
In addition to its signature beef sukiyaki bowls, guests can savor iconic dishes like the Kyoto-style sukiyaki bowl, featuring dry sukiyaki served with Japanese rice, and the Tokyo-style sukiyaki bowl, with sukiyaki soup and glass noodles.
These offerings are complemented by an array of non-beef options like the house special ebi tempura, sizzling salmon and king prawn aburi, and other small plates and signature rolls.
