ICTSI completes key Northport terminal upgrades 

MANILA, Philippines – International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) is moving ahead of schedule with improvements at its NorthPort terminal in Manila, which handles the bulk of domestic trade passing through the Port of Manila. In a statement on Monday, the Enrique Razon Jr.-led global ports operator said it had completed structural works on the
