ICI case review confirms baseless, unsupported claims – Mark Villar

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Mark Villar felt vindicated by the Independent Commission on Infrastructure’s (ICI) recommendation to investigate further the allegations against him in connection with the infrastructure projects controversy. Citing the “gravity of allegations” against Villar, Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero and former Senators Grace Poe and Nancy Binay, the ICI suggested that they be
