ICC just ‘made world smaller’ for Dela Rosa, Go, Aguirre

MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) just “made the world smaller“ not just for former President Rodrigo Duterte but also his closest associates, who are believed to be the architects of the six-year drug war that killed thousands of victims.  This was according to Mamamayang Liberal Rep. Leila de Lima, who warned that
