MANILA, Philippines — Pacquiao blood flows both in Jimuel Pacquiao and Eman Bacosa, but none will be drawn in a boxing match between the two.
This after Eman — son of legendary boxer-politician Manny Pacquiao with Joanna Bacosa, a waitress the veteran boxer allegedly had an affair with in 2003 — ruled out the possibility of going up against fellow young boxer Jimuel, Manny's eldest son with wife Jinkee.
Eman returned to "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" last April 16, where the host looked back at everything that has happened to the boxer-actor since his inital visit last November.
Boy asked Eman about his relationship with his half-siblings Jimuel, Michael, Princess, Queenie and Israel, which Eman described as good and supportive.
The host floated the possibility of a "Pacquiao vs. Pacquiao" fight between Jimuel and Eman. However, the latter said he wasn't keen on seeing that happen.
"Kapatid ko siya, walang kasihan na mangyayari doon kung matalo man o manalo sa kapatid mo," Eman explained. "Siyempre ayaw din yun ni dad, ayoko rin masaktan si daddy doon."
Boy understood and accepted the response of Eman, who faced the camera to address Jimuel "I really love you, Kuya!"
Eman also shared he was hoping to one day win titles under the World Boxing Council and the World Boxing Association, both of which Manny has won before, and believes that his father should have been declared the winner in the historic match-up against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2015.
Manny and Floyd are set to meet each other again in the ring later this year, although there are disputes between the parties on whether the fight will be an exhibition match or an official one. — Video from GMA Network's YouTube channel
