Here is the situation: In November 2024, I applied for PLDT's internet service at a cost of 2099 PHP for a speed of 400 Mbps. Less than a month after installation, I visited the PLDT website and discovered that the same 2099 PHP fee now offered a speed of 500 Mbps. I contacted customer service, and they assured me they would arrange for a speed adjustment. Just now, I checked the PLDT website again and found that the same 2099 PHP price now provides a speed of 700 Mbps. Does PLDT take its customers for fools?
