Received a text from the official Globe SMS (It's where I get updates too regarding my plans) and they said I have this much points that will expire. Problem is I dont know how to spend them. Additionally, the GlobeOne app says I have 0 points so I'm confused.
Lastly, is there a way to extend the validity of these points?
