I recently applied for the Sky Fiber Plan 999. The confirmation email they sent me said that I needed to pay the installation fee + one month advance before my preferred installation date. However, once I checked all their digital online payment channels, all required an account number but I do not have that since I am just applying. So, where else can I pay? I only have my application reference number.
