If currently umaabot lang ako ng almost 300mbps out of 600mbp sa pldt plan 2699 ko, kung sakaling nag downgrade ako to 2099(up to 500mbps), yung bang actual speed ko (almost 300mbps from speed test sites) ba ay bababa din kahit na mas mataas padin ang max speed(ng 500mbps ni pldt plan 2099)?
