MANILA, Philippines — The Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) capped the year with a full house at Bonifacio Hall, Shangri-La The Fort, as the community celebrated the HIMAP Awards 2025 recently. It was a night of applause, proud teams and well-earned wins across the healthcare information management sector.

Across categories, the evening recognized leaders and programs that advanced quality, innovation, and service in Philippine healthcare information management services (HIMS).

The program also featured the Katapatan Award, which honored 34 HIMAP members for five, 10 and 20 years of commitment to the association and to the broader healthcare information management community.

eData Services Philippines Inc. reps accept the 20-Year Katapatan Award from HIMAP leaders, marking two decades of partnership with the Philippine HIMS industry.

HIMAP president Vincent Remo underscored the impact of this year’s honorees, saying their “collective dedication has driven innovation, built strong teams, fostered community enrichment, and elevated client outcomes we can all take pride in” and that their work “strengthens not only [their] organizations but our industry as well” and “positions the Philippines as a global leader in healthcare information management services.”

Leaders from member companies, government, academia and partners joined the celebration to recognize programs that delivered measurable outcomes and strengthened operations. The awards also underscored a shared commitment to keep practical standards visible in 2026 through clearer quality checkpoints, stronger talent pathways and closer collaboration across the ecosystem.
