Good day po, paano po bayaran ang pldt fiber po if telephone and account number eh di na nagmamatch? Kasi 6 months ako delinquent kasi may problema po kami at kinapos na po ako sa pambayad sa ibang bills, one of them pldt. So may nag email sakin na law firm representing pldt at nagdedemand sila na bayaran ko raw charges ko if I don't want to be sued because of breach of contract. So ako na natakot naman eh nag scrounge whatever I can to pay the amount pldt wants me to pay but then yun nga ang problem, phone at account numbers don't match. I went to a local pldt branch in my city pero sabi ng guard eh para lang daw sa equipment at hardware ang branch na pinuntahan ko punta daw ako sa next branch which is 100 kilometres away. Diyosko. Wala po akong alam na gagawin except try magpost dito po. Any tips po is welcome.
