HEAT INDEX WATCH: Four areas to reach ‘danger’ level on April 10

MANILA, Philippines — Four areas are forecast to reach “danger” level heat indices on Friday, April 10, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). Heat index is defined as the “measure of the contribution that high humidity makes with abnormally high temperatures in reducing the body’s ability to cool itself.” READ: Here’s
