MANILA, Philippines — Things are turning out hopeful for host-actress Kris Aquino following a minor hospital procedure.

"The Queen of All Media" recently underwent a minor PICC (Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) line procedure, where a tube was inserted into a vein leading to her heart.

The operation had been delayed after Kris' blood pressure shot up due to a migraine.

Speedily recovering from the procedure, Kris even managed to get a haircut from hair and makeup artist Jonathan Velasco, who documented the session and posted snippets on Instagram.

Set to Taylor Swift's "Opalite," Jonathan's post sees him cutting and styling Kris' hair while inside her hospital room.

"New hair, same brave spirit. Madam Kris is on the mend!," Jonathan wrote in his post's caption. "Please continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she gets stronger every day."

Kris responded to Jonathan in the comments section saying,"I am literally so grateful to be breathing."

This as during the PICC line procedure, one of Kris' lungs stopped functioning, leaving her unable to breathe for two minutes.

For the last couple of years, Kris has been battling a number of autoimmune diseases, rarely going out in public or posting on social media due to her health condition.
