hello! anyone here experienced yung nagconvert ng prepaid globe sim to esim sa globeone app? I had mine converted, i even got charged 99pesos and received a qr code but after a while, it had an error message then they refunded yung 99pesos. After that, stucked na ako sa “continue order” and this screen:
I tried activating yung qr na sinend nila pero stuck lang ako sa “activating” sa cellular data settings. Using iphone 16 pro max in this case. helpppp huhu thanks!!!
