This has been happening since yesterday. When I'm connected to our Globe Wifi at home, it won't let any of us access some websites such as Reddit, X and even the App Store on mobile.
Already did all the basic troubleshooting steps. Tested on different browsers, different devices on mobile and desktop, incognito, etc. Nothing really works.
But if I use mobile data which is also Globe, it all works and there's no problem. Also if I use VPN on desktop, the sites mentioned can be accessed with no problem at all. So clearly the Globe Wifi Internet has the issue.
Already called Globe hotline and used their Globe One app to report it but still as usual they are of no use and help at all since it's all mostly automated system in their hotline but it mentioned that they've created a case or ticket about the issue.
Anyone else experienced this since yesterday Jan 15? Please help.
