Has anyone encountered this error before? I attempted to renew my device plan with Globe and successfully made the required payment. However, after completing the payment, I encountered an error.
Approximately an hour later, I received an email from Globe with a link to continue my application. Unfortunately, when I accessed the link, I encountered the same error.
I would appreciate any insights or solutions regarding this issue.
