Nakita ko lang sa app na I recieved a freebie speedboost last 6 months ago then for 2 years before ma expire, 200mbps plam naging 300mbps for no reason, siguro loyalty? I dont know Kasi matagal na kami sa globe like 12 years na ata. But lately ive been experiencing ultra slow speeds although speedtest shows 150mbps to 180mbps speeds pero like antagal magload ng apps or kahit basic webpages. So i checked my account sa app and upon checking nawala na yung speedboost namin. Buti nalang may pic ako last month and makikita pa dun na may speedboost ako until sept 2026 and compared today nawala na. Then i remembered na may tumawag pala na globe representative sa akin last month offering these new special upgrade packages for a higher fee, well 200 mbps na base speed namin without the boost and tatlo lang kami gumagamit it was already fast enough for us, so i kindly declined the offer kahit napaka persistent nila. Now fast forward weeks later sobrang bumagal na ng speed namin kahit mataas naman ang speedtest haha. So parang i felt i was baited lang talaga nila yang speedboost na yan after ng lockin nyo para masanay tayo sa higher speeds and then pag tinanggal na nila ipipilit na nila yang upgrade.x
So disappointed with you globe pinagyayabang pa naman kita.
