Hi ! any advice because i wanted to renew my plan 1499 and i wanted ipad as my chosen device but when i inquired in SM MOA they told me na hindi pwede i-CTB yung ipad. And so, i applied sa online store and during processing may tumawag na globe rep saying na hindi pwede mag CTB unless i request to increase my spending limit so I submitted my payslip and copy of credit card but still i received from globe na "cancelled" daw yung order kong item though i didn't cancel it. san kaya akong pwedeng store pumunta to request increase in spending limit so i can renew my plan with ipad na CTB yung payment.
