We recently had a modem change with Globe from a 2019 modem to the new G-1426g-A modem. Upon connection we tested the speed and was happy with the upgrade so had the technician leave as I was heading out. Upon returning home, I opened my laptop and noticed not all websites are opening. I thought this was a DNS issue as this happened to our older modem as well so I set the DNS to 8.8.8.8 first and tried. No effect. Tried 1.1.1.1, no effect again. Had another technician visit our home but they also have no idea how to fix it. Note, our previous modem didn’t have these issues, it just needed to be replaced cause it wasn’t delivering the right internet speed anymore.

I’ve tried changing the IPv6 settings but to no avail. Is there anyone here who knows the right configuration for this model so that I can get it to work? The worst part is I can’t access work pages since the modem change. Any advice or any tips, please share as I’m willing to try it all given that globe doesn’t have any idea on how to fix it as well.
