Hello, anyone experienced the same? I recently upgraded my globe prepaid to postpaid plan and converted my physical sim to esim. however nung iaactivate ko na, stuck lang siya sa “activating” then eventually mag eerror na siya. I am using a US bought Iphne 16 pro max that dont have sim card slot so need ko talaga ng esim for this. help 😭
