I availed Go+99 literally hours ago lang (5PM) so I should have at least 10gb of all-access data and 8gb booster rn (10PM). But when I checked yung GlobeOne app, 0kb na lang yung all-access data ko. I checked my data usage and apparently, I only used less than 1gb for the past 5 hours. Di ako gumamit ng YT, Netflix, TikTok or any apps na mabilis mag-consume ng data. Tried reaching out to their help center and called their hotline number but it was useless. I'm a gipit student and still new to Globe so I was and still am shocked to the core. I don't want to give up Globe since malakas siya dito sa dorm namin but is this issue frequent???
