Around 11am we lost internet connection and saw that there was no internet light on our router. Just wanna know if this is a problem on our end or globe’s end?

Already filed a ticket with globe and they said they’ll send out technicians tomorrow but we need it as soon as possible since I’ll be wfh tomorrow.
