Glaiza De Castro is joining the sequel of “Bar Boys!”

The good news was shared on the film’s official social media account, where a photo still of the Sparkle actress from the movie “Liway” was shared.

“Glaiza de Castro has joined the cast of ‘Bar Boys: After School,’” the caption read, adding Glaiza will be reuniting with her "Liway" director Kip Oebanda, because he is also set to direct the sequel.

Titled “Bar Boys: After School,” the sequel will follow the lives of four friends post-law school. 

It will star Rocco Nacino, Carlo Aquino, Enzo Pineda and Kean Cipriano who are reprising their roles as Torran, Erik, Chris and Josh from the first movie.

The first “Bar Boys” film was released in 2017. In 2024, the film was adapted into a musical.
