Gatchalian: Duterte must be conscious of statements on impeachment trial

MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte should be conscious of the statements she makes on her impeachment trial, Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian said on Thursday. Gatchalian made the remark a day after the Senate impeachment court made a ruling on the sub judice rule that prohibits senator-judges, counsels, and even the respondent – who
