MANILA, Philippines — The Force is strong at Columbia’s Philippine launch of the new Endor collection, showcasing outdoor wear made in collaboration with Star Wars, much to the delight of lifelong Filipino fans.
Held at the Columbia store in Shangri-La Plaza, the kickoff event invited Star Wars fans including actor Bobby Andrews, who came with his family, radio DJ Quillamor who served as host, as well as content creators Vince Velasco, Tisoy Toy Hunter, among others.
They all marveled at the Endor collection, which draws direct inspiration from “Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi,” specifically the legendary Battle of Endor.
It channels the grit of the Rebel Alliance, the layered textures of dense woodland terrain, and the adventurous spirit that defines both Star Wars heroes and modern explorers.
It also marks the second partnership between Columbia Sportswear and the Star Wars franchise, coming from the bold Darth Vader-inspired drop back in 2024.
Forged in fandom and function

Unlike traditional franchise merchandise, Columbia’s Star Wars collaborations are engineered, not just designed. The brand seamlessly blends performance driven outdoor wear with cinematic storytelling.
For the Endor Collection, Columbia shifts the design language to tactical woodland camouflage and earthy palettes inspired by forest canopies and moss-covered terrain. Featuring Star Wars mission-ready silhouettes, the pieces are functional and wearable on both fandom spaces and the great outdoors.
Leading the lineup is the Unisex Endor Issue Short Sleeve T Shirt, built from a comfortable and durable cotton blend fabric. It features graphics inspired by the Rebels and the Ewoks’ Bright Tree Village, along with Rebel insignia, Aurebesh messages, and a woven special edition label.
For those ready to embrace the mission, the Unisex Endor Issue Hat offers convertible neck and face protection. Inspired by what Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa wore during their Endor campaign, it merges costume inspired design with practical outdoor functionality.

At the center of the collection is the Unisex General Han Solo Trench, showcasing Han Solo’s leadership during the Endor mission.
This 3-in-1 trench jacket features Columbia’s Interchange system for versatile wear, while the Heat Infinity lining, designed with a custom gold Rebel thermal reflective pattern, provides warmth without added weight.
Engineered for unpredictable conditions, the Unisex Endor Issue Poncho delivers advanced waterproof and breathable protection with custom camo, and distinctive pleating; while the Unisex Endor Issue Cargo Jacket balances utility and storytelling, featuring multiple storage options, Rebel insignia, and an interior pocket. Both carry hidden Aurebesh messages.
Adventure ready gear continues with the Unisex Endor Issue Cargo Backpack, a versatile companion equipped with multifunctional pockets and daisy chain loops, and the Unisex Endor Issue Ball Cap, designed for everyday adventures with breathable mesh and a snapback closure.
Don't miss your chance

At the immersive kick-off event last March 26, guests experienced the collection up close while sharing their precious Star Wars memories. It brought together a community united by adventure and storytelling.
