FOUNDEVER, a global leader in customer experience (CX), has launched Trail Mix, a hiking and environmental stewardship group under its Philippine internal engagement program, Circles at Foundever.
The group’s first activity was held in June at Masungi Georeserve, where 30 associates joined a conservation-focused trek along the Legacy Trail. Participants took part in ecological tasks such as pruning, weeding, mulching, and tree nurturing, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainability and corporate citizenship.

“Trail Mix is more than a club — it’s an opportunity to reinforce the values that drive our business,” said Vida Haboc, senior director for operations at Foundever in Baguio.
The initiative also supports physical and mental wellness through the global EverBetter program, with activities logged via the United Heroes app.
