Manila Electric Company (Meralco) has scheduled several electrical works during the first week of April, potentially affected residents and commercial districts within Metro Manila and its service areas.

According to Meralco, Makati, Pasig, and Quezon City are among the cities in the Metro to undergo line and pole replacements, while facility installations, upgrades, and maintenance works are slated in some parts of Cavite and Laguna.

Below is the list of areas and their power interruption schedule:

March 31 to April 1

Makati City

  • 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. - Certain areas of Chino Roces Ave. (Pasong Tamo) Northbound from Lumbang St. to and including Kodak Bldg., SM Mint Residences, Wilcon Depot, San Lorenzo Place Residences & Mall, Kampri Bldg., Studio 300 Makati, Alphaland Southgate Mall, Cibes Luxury Homes Elevators, First Lucky Place, Dacon Bldg. and Manila Memorial Park Bldg. in Brgy. Kayamanan C and San Lorenzo.
  • 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. - Certain areas of Chino Roces Ave. (Pasong Tamo) Southbound from Vion Tower to and including Chevrolet Makati, East West Bank Head Office, Beacon International School, Mirax Tower, Volvo, Narra Bldg., MK2 Data Center, and Nissan Pasong Tamo in Brgy.. Kayamanan C. 

April 1

San Pedro, Laguna

  • 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - Parts of Fr. Masi St. and New Year’s Ave. from Narra Road to and including G.S.I.S. Subd., Holiday Hills Subd. and Parkview Subd.; and Sisters of Mary Immaculate School (SMIS) in Brgy. San Antonio and G.S.I.S.

Pasig City

  • 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. - Parts of Brixton St. from near Reliance St. to and including Fairlane St. in Brgy..
