Finance chief Go joins BSP Monetary Board

MANILA, Philippines — Finance Secretary Frederick Go was sworn in as a member of the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, joining the policy-making body as the government’s Cabinet representative. BSP Governor Eli Remolona Jr. administered Go’s oath on Thursday at the central bank’s headquarters in Manila. Go succeeded former Finance Secretary Ralph Recto,
