Filinvest Land seeks SEC nod on P 11.6-B fresh bond sale

MANILA, Philippines – Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) has filed with regulators a registration statement for the public offer of up to P9 billion worth of fixed-rate peso-denominated retail bonds.
