Filinvest Land Q1 income rises to P1.1B

MANILA, Philippines – Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) grew its first-quarter net income to P1.10 billion as strong residential sales and rising recurring revenues helped the property developer surpass broader industry trends. The Gotiaunun-led property developer said Friday that its consolidated revenues rose 4.5 percent to P6.31 billion during the January-to-March period. The listed developer said
