An "F1" movie is coming to the big screen this June!
From Apple Original Films and the filmmakers from "Top Gun: Maverick" comes "F1," starring Brad Pitt and Damson Idris.
In the newly released trailer, Pitt's Sonny Hayes is introduced as "the greatest that never was" — Formula 1's most promising driver until a career-ending accident.
Thirty years later, he's approached by his former teammate Ruben Cervantes (Javier Bardem), owner of a struggling Formula 1 team that is on the verge of collapse. Ruben convinces Sonny to come back to Formula 1 for one last shot at saving the team and being the best in the world. He’ll drive alongside Joshua Pearce (Idris), the team's hotshot rookie intent on setting his own pace.
Directed by Joseph Kosinski, the film also stars Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, and Javier Bardem.
"F1" will hit Philippie theaters on June 27. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
