DUBAI — Explosions were heard in downtown Dubai, one very loud, an AFP correspondent reported on Thursday, as Iran continued its campaign against the Gulf in response to US-Israeli attacks. The correspondent saw small clouds of smoke rise above a residential neighborhood. /dl
