Ex-DPWH chief clarifies issue on coordinates of flood control projects

MANILA,  Philippines— Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)  Secretary Manuel Bonoan admitted at a Senate  hearing on Monday that the grid coordinates of flood control projects that they submitted to Malacanang was only a “locational” Multi-Year Programming Scheduling or MYPS. MYPS is different from “as-stake” coordinate, which is the basis for a contract,  Bonoan
