Ex-Deputy Speaker Mikee Romero confirmed as reserve brigadier general

MANILA, Philippines — Former House Deputy Speaker Michael Odylon “Mikee” Romero was among the senior military officers, regular and reserve, confirmed by the Commission on Appointments on Thursday. Topping the list of 38 confirmed senior military officials and flag officers is Gen. Antonio G. Nafarrete, chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines
