Estrada asks Sandiganbayan to allow him to travel overseas

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Jose “Jinggoy” Ejercito Estrada on Tuesday appeared before the Sandiganbayan to secure a travel clearance to go abroad. In a motion filed before the 5th Division of the anti-graft court, Estrada notified that he will be traveling to China’s special administrative regions Hongkong and Macau, as well as in Japan from
