Elderly woman drowns in Quezon river after epileptic seizure

LUCENA CITY, Quezon — A 63-year-old woman drowned in a river in the town of General Luna, Quezon, on Wednesday after reportedly suffering an epileptic seizure. A report from the Region 4A police identified the victim only as “Josefina.” Police said the woman went to a river in Barangay San Jose at around 4 p.m.
