EA Guzman made the sweetest gesture for Shaira Diaz on their first month of being husband and wife.
In a Facebook video, the actor said he ordered a bouquet of red roses to surprise his wife. It had a note that said, “Happy 1st month, my love! Being your husband is the greatest blessing and best decision of my life. I love you so much!”
He surprised Shaira by waking her up and saying, “Happy monthsary, my lovie. Happy monthsary, asawa ko.” Shaira happily hugged EA.
EA said when they were still boyfriend-girlfriend, they celebrated their monthsaries.
“So gusto ko, kahit magasawa na kami, gawin ko pa rin ‘yon kasi wala naman talagang magbabago. Siya pa yin ‘yung taong minamahal at mamahalin ko,” he said.
Shaira and EA got married on August 14 after 12 years together.
The couple had been engaged since 2021, but only publicized it in 2024. Shaira previously shared that she wanted to marry EA after completing her college degree, a goal she achieved in August that year.
They spent their honeymoon in Switzerland and Paris, France.
