Dredging, quarrying still key income sources for Zambales, says gov

IBA, Zambales — Dredging and quarrying remain the main sources of income for the Zambales provincial government, Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. said early this week, noting that revenues from these activities continue to fund priority programs and the province’s General Fund. Speaking during his State of the Province Address (SOPA) here on Monday, Ebdane said
