MANILA, Philippines — No more doubts remain about the gravity of Vice President Sara Duterte’s threats to have someone kill President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., first lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez, House private prosecutor Benjamin “Jay” Tolosa Jr. said in a media conference on Wednesday. According to Tolosa, the House prosecution panel
