DOTr says Edsa busway must remain exclusive to buses

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Thursday said it opposes the proposal to allow carpooling on the Edsa Busway, stressing that the lane should remain exclusive to buses and not be opened to private vehicles. This followed earlier remarks by Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Nicolas Torre III, who said a
