Dominic Roque was born on July 20, 1990 and started out his showbiz career by modeling.
After earning a tourism degree from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in 2007, he joined Cosmopolitan Talent Agency in 2008 and debuted in acting in 2010 for a soap opera. He later landed a major role in a fantasy-drama series in 2012 and became a movie and TV actor since then.
He has dated actress Bea Alonzo since 2021. The pair got engaged in 2023 and broke off their engagement in February 2024.
After a few months, Dominic admitted that he is dating fellow celebrity Sue Ramirez.
