Do typos in NBI documents weaken case vs Sara Duterte?

Former NBI Cybercrime Division chief Jeremy Lotoc says typographical errors do not alter the fact that a video shows the Vice President making the assassination threat

CEBU, Philippines – Vice President Sara Duterte’s defense counsel on Monday, July 13, questioned the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) over apparent errors in documents related to the investigation into her alleged 2024 assassination threat against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and ex-House speaker Martin Romualdez.

The defense questioned dates and docket numbers in some of the documents presented as evidence against Duterte.

Prosecution witness and former NBI Cybercrime Division chief Jeremy Lotoc called them typographical errors that did not affect the contention that Duterte made the threat.

Do the clerical errors reflect lapses in the preparation of the case documents, or were they simply copy-and-paste mistakes with no impact on the evidence?
