DM Wenceslao core profit climbs to P1.9B in 2025

MANILA, Philippines — DM Wenceslao and Associates Inc. (DMW) saw its core net income rise to P1.9 billion in 2025. This was driven by resilient rental earnings and stronger contributions from its residential segment. On Friday, the developer of Aseana City disclosed that recurring revenues reached P3.3 billion, accounting for 86 percent of total revenues.
