Dizon: DPWH to build water detention basin at Malate park

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will construct a water detention basin at a park in front of Malate Church in Manila, with the project expected to be completed within four to six months, DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon said Wednesday. According to Dizon, the flood control structure will be built
