THROUGH the years, many words have been used to describe the 'Divine Diva' Zsa Zsa Padilla — iconic, brilliant, fabulous — but those who know her best agree that she is an inspiration and an absolute survivor.
Through ups and downs, Padilla triumphantly stands-out for being an artist who continues to thrive in recording, film, television and the live concert stage.
Excitement is brewing as Padilla takes the stage once more and — dazzling as ever — create an evening of unforgettable magic with her upcoming concert titled "Zsa Zsa: Through The Years" happening this May 17 at Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Ayala Malls Circuit Grounds, Makati.
Promising an evening of "music, memories and heartfelt moments," Padilla states that the event is "not just a concert, but a celebration of an incredible journey, a tribute to all the wonderful mothers [as the event happens around the time of Mother's Day] and a pre-birthday treat for all of us to enjoy."
As a multi-hyphenate, music has always been Padilla's true north star and the concert is predicated by her hits.

Padilla was a member of the legendary Filipino group Hotdog, also considered as one of the OPM pillars with its genre-defining sound.
By the time Padilla went solo, she served consistent smash hit singles after the other like "Kahit Na," "Point of No Return," "Hiram," "Ikaw Lamang," "Mula Sa Puso," and "Mambobola" coupled with a sampling of chart-topping covers such as "We're All Alone," "Bridge Over Troubled Water," and "Through The Years."
With hard work and passion to the craft, Padilla's body of work in music makes her one of the best-selling female recording artists of all time as evidenced by her repertoire of multi-platinum full-length studio albums.
As an actress, Padilla has proven her range numerous times throughout the decades, experimenting with roles in various genres encompassing fantasy, comedy and drama with a filmography that consists of "Ako Legal Wife: Mano Po 4," "Batang PX," "Minsan Lang Kita IIbigin" and "Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah Ze Moveeh," to mention a few.
On TV, she breathed life on some of the most complex characters in the landscape of primetime television on top-rating series like "Budoy," "Juan dela Cruz," and "Wildflower" while being one of the OPM icons featured on ABS-CBN's long-running Sunday musical variety show "ASAP Natin 'To."
And because of her hard-earned accomplishments, she has — through the years — become a benchmark of beauty and success for a wide demographic — from denizens of the razzle dazzle world to everyday dreamers who remain steadfast in carving their marks.
To spruce-up the show, Padilla assembled some of the fiercest Pinoy artists as her special guests. The show — directed by Rowell Santiago with Homer Flores as musical director — will feature performances by Zia Quizon, Karylle, Erik Santos, and 'Mr. Pure Energy' Gary Valenciano.
"Let's relive the songs, stories and unforgettable moments," Padilla excitedly invites. "I can't wait to share this evening with you!"
