Dinagat plane crash: Wreckage found, crew members still missing

SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Authorities found the wreckage of a missing Cessna plane in Barangay Navarro, Tubajon, Dinagat Islands, but the crew was still missing on Thursday, April 9, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) said. The aircraft, identified as RP-C2444, was reported missing on Wednesday. Residents reported hearing a
