DILG preparing raps vs BFP execs in alleged bid rigging since 2010

MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla on Thursday said the Department of the Interior and Local Government is developing cases against members of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) as far back as 2010 for allegedly rigging the bids to procure fire safety equipment.
