DICT vows wider free internet as Ph marks 32nd connectivity anniversary

The pronouncement comes on Sunday as the Philippines marks its 32nd anniversary of its first connection to the internet. According to the DICT, this year’s celebration reaffirms the agency’s mission “where no Filipino is
